Verification requests for current and former employees.

We respond to verification requests from lenders, background screeners, and government agencies in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

How to submit a request

  1. Obtain a signed authorization from the employee or former employee permitting release of employment information.
  2. Prepare your request on official letterhead. Include the employee's full legal name, dates of employment (if known), and the specific information required.
  3. Send the signed authorization and request to our HR department using one of the contact methods listed on this page.
  4. Allow up to 3–5 business days for a response. Urgent requests should be noted in the subject line.

Information we provide

  • Confirmation of employment
  • Dates of employment
  • Position and job title
  • Employment status
  • Income verification (with written consent)
  • Additional details as authorized

We do not disclose confidential personnel information, performance details, or reasons for separation without a valid, employee-signed release.

If you need to authorize a verification of your own employment, contact HR to obtain the current release form. Please allow us to reach out to you to confirm your identity before information is disclosed.
